Terms of Use

Effective: 2026-06-10.

By installing or using UFA Connect (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

Apple's EULA

UFA Connect is licensed to you on the App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). Where these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

Upload, share, or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, malware, or material that infringes copyright.
Send unsolicited bulk messages or otherwise abuse the messaging features.
Attempt to circumvent storage or per-file size limits.
Probe, scan, or test the security of the service without explicit written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for any of the above without notice.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Apple. Pricing in your local currency is shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the current period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current period and are not pro-rated.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but the App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for incidental data loss caused by service outages or by user error (e.g. accidentally deleting a file). Keep your own backups of irreplaceable files.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the App.
